Smile Straight Orthodontics is offering a full-time opportunity as a Treatment Coordinator at our Southaven office. We are an upbeat team looking for an individual who has a passion for helping others and wants to make a positive difference in their community.

JOB TYPE: Full-time

SCHEDULE: Monday -Friday

PAY: Starting at $18 w/ expierence

MONTHLY BONUS: Treatment Coordinators will be eligible for monthly bonuses

EXPERIENCE: 1+ years in front office reception/patient coordinator

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients
  • Conduct initial consultations with patients to discuss dental procedures, treatments, and associated costs to patients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their recommended treatment plans
  • Act as liaison between Dentist and patient
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and follow-up communications promptly and professionally.
  • Discuss financial options, insurance coverage, and credit options that may be offered
  • Routinely follow up with patients throughout the course of treatment
  • Update patient education materials and maintain a professional reception area
  • Maintain and update patient information in the data system in compliance with privacy and security regulations
