Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The BDR will play a critical role in driving our growth strategy by identifying and creating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers within target markets.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the sales team.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our offerings.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment setting goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
