YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The QA/CX Area Manager is responsible for ensuring Rosendin is "Building Quality" and delivering it successfully to all of our customers. Your role is key to implementing a proactive approach and monitoring to ensure projects in the Area/Division are performing Quality and Commissioning per Rosendin program standards.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Assist the Area/Division and project teams in the development of project specific Quality plans, ensuring each project has the necessary training and resources to successfully execute the plan, and monitor each project for conformance of the established plan.

• Provide and/or ensure all training requirements are met for QA/QC team members per Rosendin QA/Cx Program requirements.

• Provide and/or ensure all training requirements are met for Cx team members per Rosendin's QA/Cx

• Program and NFPA 70E requirements.

• Provide and/or ensure training is provided to QA/QC and Cx team members for all applications used • to execute Rosendin's QA/Cx Program.

• Provide monthly project reports to the QA/Cx Regional Manager, Division and Project teams.

• Perform project walks to verify conformance with Rosendin and customer quality standards and expectations.

• Assist the Area/Division and projects with estimation and budgeting of QA/QC and Cx hours for upcoming projects.

• Communicate and work directly with the Area and project Superintendents to assign and ensure the proper resources are on each project for executing the QA/Cx project plans.

• Communicate and work directly with the Operations Managers to align budgets and understand resource needs for upcoming projects.

• Monitor project quality budgets and metrics. Make recommendations based on their findings.

• Review and analyze quality data and metrics to understand trends and provide solutions for improvement.

• Provide QA/Cx program feedback and assist with continuous improvement ideas and implementation of new initiatives.

• The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the position's role within the business unit.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Proficient in using BIM 360 and PlanGrid

• Experience with Icarus Ops preferred

• Analytical, decision making and problem-solving abilities

• Manage and mentor others

• Set expectations and measure completion

• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred

• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary

• Work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude • Oral and written communication skills as required for the position

• Self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player

• Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

• Minimum 5+ years' Licensed Journeyman Electrician with General Foreman experience

• Minimum 5+ years' experience performing quality and commissioning activities in the electrical industry

• OSHA & NFPA 70E training preferred

• Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience TRAVEL: • Up to 60% +/- Depending on Area or Division Needs % WORKING CONDITIONS: • General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning

• Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

• Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
