As a Senior Print Production Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in a team of dedicated professionals, intricately involved in complex commercial print projects from conception to completion. Boasting 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial sheetfed offset printing, your expertise in print layouts, inks, paper, prepress, and press configuration will be instrumental in upholding our legacy of quality and innovation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with a team to execute client projects, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Be an integral part of coordinating print production schedules, press time, materials, and logistics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve quality and technical issues, driving continuous refinement of our print production processes.
  • Engage in meticulous customer communication, ensuring transparency and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the optimization of workflows and processes for enhanced efficiency, cost management, and quality.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial sheetfed offset printing, with adeptness in print layouts, inks, paper, prepress, and press configuration.
  • Proficiency in specialized print techniques, coatings, foil stamping, embossing, and bookbinding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at client interactions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing precision and efficiency.
  • Experience using print MIS systems is a plus.
