POSITION – Shipping/Receiving Clerk

JOB LOCATION – Eau Claire, Wisconsin

STARTING DATE – Immediately

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time/Part-time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (8am-4pm, Monday-Friday)

STARTING PAY – $16.00/hr or more DOE

BENEFITS – Paid time off, referral program, retirement plan, 401(k) with match, flexible schedule

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School diploma, GED or Equivalent required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Previous assembly, production, light industrial experience preferred.Must have above average computer skills and telephone skills. Must have experience with domestic and international importing and exporting.

The Shipping/Receiving Clerk position is 50% office work and 50% assisting plant in completing department duties and goals.

Responsibilities

· Set up parcel & LTL domestic and international freight for all outbound, and incoming shipments.

· Receiving inventory including inspection of parts, accurate quantity received and entering inventory into computer.

· Complete necessary documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments

· Coordinating with internal and external contacts

· Complete special projects on a timely basis

· Palletizing shipments

· Loading/Unloading shipments using Fork lift/pallet jack.

· Building crates for shipments

· Light Production

· Review outgoing shipments for accuracy.

· Completing and shipping online orders.

Qualifications

· High School graduate

· Must possess excellent people and telephone skills

· Must have above average computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Access basics, email, use of scanners, printers, etc.

· This position is 50% office work and 50% assisting plant in completing department duties and goals.

· Position does require some lifting, normally 40 lbs or less.
