We offer civil and structural engineering, planning + landscape architecture, survey, and construction inspection services to public and private clients throughout Texas.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As a seasoned Senior Engagement Manager, you'll demonstrate mastery across all facets of project management, boasting a track record of successfully executing significant projects within the Line of Business (LOB). Your expertise extends to consistently meeting and surpassing profit goals while upholding impeccable standards of work quality and adhering to demanding project schedules. You'll effortlessly engage with clients, adeptly negotiating scope, construction issues, and client concerns as they arise. Your leadership shines through your ability to foster the career growth of team members you manage, serving as a mentor to both Direct Leads (DLs) and technical staff. Effectively managing a diverse team comprising DLs, Professional Engineers (PEs), and Graduate Engineers (GEs), you play a pivotal role in the development and execution of LOB initiatives. Additionally, you're deeply involved in business development activities, leveraging a robust network of client relationships to generate repeat business and cultivate new opportunities. Your expertise is such that you're entrusted with a valuable client base or recognized as a market sector expert within the industry. With the ability to manage and support a 15+ person team, you hold a key position in driving the financial success of your region.

Once selected to join our team, you will:

  • Lead comprehensive project management efforts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction throughout your region.
  • Maintain accuracy and adherence to schedules across all regional projects.
  • Drive financial success by overseeing all project-related financials.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, effectively managing their development and performance.
  • Provide essential support to Dunaway initiatives.
  • Work effortlessly with our business development and marketing teams to achieve desired sales goals.
  • Spearhead revenue generation efforts, capable of financially supporting a 15+ person team through strategic business development activities.

KNOWLEDGE:

  • In-depth understanding of our line of business and industry specific project disciplines.
  • Advanced proficiency in cost estimation and successful project delivery.
  • Exceptional grasp of project financial metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Strong ability to foster positive working relationships across the organization.

SKILLS:

  • Proven track record of decision-making excellence.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business objectives.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, motivating and guiding team members effectively.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Accumulated 17 years of industry experience, with extensive structural design expertise.
  • Robust background in project management, client management, and business development.
  • Exceptional track record of meeting and exceeding profit goals.
  • Comprehensive understanding of strategic planning principles.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent extensive experience in civil design.

TOOL & CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft products, Autodesk, Revit, AutoCAD, and Bentley products.
  • Licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.E) in the state of Texas.
