We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team at Aquatest Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems and ensuring the integrity of the data. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the quality of our environmental services data.

Responsibilities:
  • Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in data cleanup and maintenance tasks
  • Generate reports and analyze data as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in data entry or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills:
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of data management principles
Salary: $29.75 - $35.75 per hour
