TEHORA est présentement à la recherche d’un(e) Architecte d’affaires ayant d’excellentes aptitudes techniques, d’excellentes connaissances et qui souhaite mettre à profit ses compétences au sein d’une équipe polyvalente.

Sans être exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devront fournir la personne retenue.

Description des travaux ou des biens livrables :

  • Agir en tant qu’expert-conseil auprès du client et de l’équipe projet;
  • Procéder à des études de faisabilité dans un contexte de transformation numérique auprès des clients;
  • Assure une vision globale de l’architecture de la solution d’affaires à promouvoir;
  • Établit les retombées, les critères de rendement, les risques, la rentabilité et la justification de la solution d’affaires proposée;
  • Définir la vision et les objectifs communs, ainsi que les principes directeurs du projet;
  • Diriger et mener des ateliers pour définir les besoins et le diagnostic de l’état actuel;
  • Créer un dossier affaires regroupant les processus, les besoins et les attentes;
  • Procéder à des analyses comparatives pour découvrir les meilleures pratiques de la concurrence et de l’industrie;
  • Procéder à analyse préliminaire requise pour déterminer les critères fonctionnels de la solution à promouvoir;
  • Définir la gouvernance du projet, la charte du projet et le plan du projet, ainsi que planifier la gestion du changement;
  • Assure l'harmonisation de la solution d’affaires avec les orientations de la planification stratégique de l’organisation et l’architecture d’entreprise;
  • Conseille, assiste et influence les membres de l’organisation dans une perspective d’amélioration et d’innovation;
  • D’autres tâches connexes

Requirements

  • Parfait bilinguisme tant à l’orale, qu’à l’écrit;
  • Baccalauréat en technologies de l’information ou dans une discipline appropriée;
  • 10 années d'expérience pertinentes en projets de transformation numérique;
  • 5 ans ou plus dans un rôle d’architecte d’affaires en contexte de projets de transformation numérique ;
  • Capacité à négocier avec les parties prenantes et faire preuve de leadership;
  • Une facilité à communiquer vos idées à l'oral et à l'écrit;
  • Accréditation CBAP, IIBA et parfaite maîtrise de la méthodologie BABOK serait un atout considérable.
