The Project Coordinator will support the WBC Project Manager by providing day-to-day administrative and operational functions to achieve project sustainability and success per grantor-defined targets, strategies, and goals.


Essential Duties:

  • Assist the WBC Project Manager in coordinating all programs, activities, and events to ensure the success of the WBC Core Grant and WBC Projects.
  • Organize, attend, and participate in WBC Project meetings and events, including preparation of necessary presentation materials, documentation, distribution of minutes, and follow-up on necessary actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Maintain the WBC Client Relations Management (CRM) database and ensure the accuracy of new and existing client records and event data.
  • Execute new client intake sessions, source coaches, and workshops to meet their needs.
  • Maintain programmatic calendar and communications with the Marketing manager to promote WBC programs.
  • Support recruiting coaches, sponsors, speakers, and other stakeholders for WBC programs.
  • Ensure project programs adhere to the framework by managing program documentation and participant feedback procedures for all WBC programs to track project milestones.
  • Prepare and update project status reports, update tracking data in CRM, and maintain files for due diligence.
  • Provide all clients and partners with radical hospitality to ensure they have the best experience possible.
  • Attend and support WBC and other Catalyst Center business events as needed.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures for all aspects of the WBC project to create sustainability.
  • Provide project administrative duties and other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

  • College degree preferred or at least three years of compatible work experience.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency with file management and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Project Management skills preferred.
  • Event planning is a plus but not required.
