Role Facts:

  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain drill presses, miter saws, table saws, and other essential machinery to meet production needs.
  • Material Precision: Perform material cutting to precise width and length specifications, including specialized modifications as needed.
  • Enforce High Quality Standards: Assist in the assembly and manufacturing of high-quality products, adhering to company standards and timelines.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Inventory Management: Assist to help streamline inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting while gaining exposure to supply chain operations and material forecasting. Physical Requirements: Regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily operations, demonstrating strength and endurance in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2nd Shift hours are 3:00pm-1:00am.
