As a Medical Assistant you will support doctors and patients through a variety of clinical and clerical tasks related to vascular examinations and treatments.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and directing patients
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Obtaining prior authorizations
- Insurance verifications
- Working out of various VCA clinic sites
- Travel with other medical professionals to patients homes
- Interview patients and document basic medical history
- Assist during medical examinations
- Provide educational materials to patients and families on vascular health and procedures
- Various other office duties, as needed

Certified Medical Assistant
