This immersive 10-week internship offers a unique opportunity for interns to gain hands-on experience and comprehensive insights into the dynamic field of property management. Our internship program is designed to cultivate future leaders in the field, offering a structured learning experience, mentorship, and exposure to various facets of property management.

Internship Duration: 10 weeks (Full-time, Summer Program)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Property Management Intern, you will:

  • Participate in a structured 10-week internship program with a focus on educational foundation, practical skills, professional development, and legal awareness.
  • Gain hands-on experience in property inspections, lease agreements, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and more.
  • Collaborate with experienced professionals and mentors to understand the core principles of property management.
  • Contribute to property management projects, enhancing your problem-solving and teamwork skills.
  • Attend workshops on time management, negotiation skills, and effective communication.
  • Reflect on your learning journey, challenges, accomplishments, and areas for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Real Estate, Business, Property Management, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for real estate and property management.
  • Ability to work full-time (30-40 hours per week) during the summer program.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
