Administrative Assistant

At CondoCare Inc, our customers know that we're the best solution to preventative maintenance for their community. We are a small business experiencing rapid growth and are looking to add a highly motivated and skilled individual to help grow the business and add to the growing culture of our company.
We have an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our customer service/operations team. This role will be responsible for assisting with client communication, responding to high volume customer inquiries via email, sending pre-visit and follow up reports, assist with set up of Salesforce application, and general business administration. This position would directly support our CondoCare Account Manager and act as substitute in case of absence.
Requirements for this position include:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- HS Diploma
- Some customer service experience
- Property management or maintenance experience a plus (not required)
JOB SPECIFIC SKILLS
- Proficient with the whole MS Office suite.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook is required.
- Prior experience with property maintenance/work order request systems preferred but not required.
- Strong commitment to accuracy and concise communication
- Detail oriented with the ability to communicate big picture ramifications and results.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal when dealing with customers and managers.
- Strong problem solving skills with an ability to provide working solutions.
- Motivated self-starter always looking for ways to improve business processes.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced working environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a group.
JOB LOCATION
- In person to start, remote work may be possible at manager's discretion
