WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking commercial assistance over the phone or email.
  • Provide accurate information and educate customers on our products and services.
  • Determine the best solution based on the customer’s technical or commercial needs and the details provided.
  • Qualify leads and follow up with them or with existing customers until the sale is closed or forwarded to a key account manager.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to up and cross-sell products as per clients’ requirements.
  • Record events, and complete logs and reports where required.
  • Communicate any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team.
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures.


WHAT IS MANDATORY FOR JOINING THE PROGRAM? 

  • Recent bachelor's degree, master's, or Vocation training (FP) in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • You are eager to learn and interested in being part of a dynamic team.
  • Understanding of computer hardware and software.
  • Familiarity with web browsers.
  • Good organizational skills. Ability to manage time effectively and continually re-prioritize tasks when required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Other languages are welcome.
