The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking customer orders, addressing and resolving customer issues, and performing various administrative tasks to facilitate smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify order details and update customer records in the system.
  • Coordinate with the manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm order details and provide updates on status.

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels.

  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer problems, escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to customer service and order processing.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining customer databases and records.
  • Work closely with other departments, including manufacturing, inventory, and shipping, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to address any issues that may impact customer service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
