Forefront Healthcare is looking for a Custodial Manager

**You are subject to the following conditions of employment:

Background Check, Drug screening, fingerprint screening.

Providing leadership to the management and custodial team for daily operations. Must be able to pass a drug test, and background check and fingerprint screening.

• Responsible for leading an hourly workforce and duties include recruiting, mentoring, and corrective action when needed. 

• Drive student and faculty satisfaction scores
• Provide a clean, safe environment for students and staff
• Ability to collaborate within all support departments
• Thorough understanding and compliance with health, safety, and industry regulatory agencies.

• Collaborate with other departments to provide world-class service.

• Monitor and maintain operating budgets such as payroll, supplies, equipment, and hospital budgets

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 plus years of management experience in a K-12 school district or relative housekeeping role leading an hourly workforce
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication skills
