Job Description:

  • Manage the CNA team:
    • Oversee CNA scheduling and other daily operations
    • Train/mentor new hires
    • Provide ongoing training as needed
    • Assist management with interviewing & hiring new CNA team members
    • Provide operations reports to management as required
    • Patient treatment required on an as-needed basis, depending on the staff needs/availability.
