Job DescriptionJob Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that the bank's Identity & Access Management services align with security and privacy standards and industry best practices.
    • Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager to execute IAM and CIAM program strategies and objectives, driving business value and sustaining identity management capabilities.
    • Consult with various architecture teams to refine implementation plans for technologies in accordance with established designs.
    • Provide guidance to business units on implementing Single Sign-On (SSO), Multifactor Authentication (MFA), and authentication policies for new systems.
    • Coordinate with IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration of CIAM products with existing systems and applications.
    • Assist in managing vendor relationships, evaluations, and recommendations related to new vendors and technologies.
    • Lead and mentor a team of CIAM engineers, fostering continuous learning and collaboration within the team.
    • Oversee responses to CIAM-related security incidents and implement necessary corrective actions.
  • The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Security.
    • 6+ years of experience in Information Security or managing cross-functional departments.
    • Extensive experience with regulatory requirements such as PCI, FFIEC, SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and GLBA, along with expertise in standards like ISO, ITIL, NIST, CSA.
    • Proficiency in delivering and sustaining cloud IAM lifecycle across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
    • Hands-on experience with Identity Federation/SSO using Ping Identity products, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
    • Strong background in IAM and CIAM systems, access controls, security, and risk management at scale.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • CISSP, CISM certification.
    • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
    • Previous role as a Product Owner for Authentication technology.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Active Directory (AD), LDAP Directories, SCIM, SSL/TLS encryption, RADIUS, and API integrations.
    • Familiarity with SIEM products, SQL, or other query languages.
    • Experience migrating from legacy Identity and SSO solutions to Ping Identity products.
    • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
    • Exposure to PingOne Advanced Services Platform.
