Job Description:

IAM Analyst - Principal to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. The IAM Analyst - Principal will be accountable for the delivery and implementation of IAM technologies and governance across the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance of Identity & Access Management (IAM) services with security, privacy, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Manager to define IAM program strategy, objectives, and milestones for sustaining IAM capabilities.
  • Refine implementation requirements with IAM architects and application teams to align with established designs.
  • Facilitate seamless integration of IAM products with existing IT systems and applications.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of IAM engineers, fostering continuous learning and collaboration within the team.
  • Contribute to strategic security planning with IT Management and Risk Management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Security.
  • 5+ years of experience in Information Security or cross-functional department management.
  • Extensive experience (3+ years) administering IAM systems and security governance framework at scale.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering and sustaining identity and access management lifecycle, including modern and cloud-native capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • CISSP, CISM certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory (AD), LDAP Directories, and SCIM.
  • Experience with IAM products like SailPoint Identity IQ and/or SailPoint IdentityNow.
  • Ability to work with application teams for integration into Identity Management systems.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript.
