2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM
$2.00 Shift Differential

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) and Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW).
  • Weld round and rectangular components as per product requirements.
  • Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other technical documents.
  • Ensure adherence to Quality Control (QC) and product specifications.
  • De-bur and grind metal surfaces to achieve the required finish.
  • Follow all welding safety procedures and use provided PPE.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must pass a welding test to be considered.
  • Basic computer or smartphone skills, including email and texting, are a plus.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Skilled in using welding equipment and related tools safely and effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Experience with electrical or manual tools (grinders, saws, squares, calipers, etc.).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. individually; heavier items require team lifting.
  • Welding certification from a recognized technical institute or trade school is highly desirable.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay for experienced pipe welders/fitters will be based on experience.
