Summary/Objective

Plans, coordinates, and directs day-to-day operations of assigned region; manages and oversees the AEM LDAR Program; maintains employee, customer, and interdepartmental relationships; executes management strategies over regional organization

Essential Functions

· Actively trains, assists, and mentors direct supports; supports Area Compliance Managers with management of sites, including resolution of customer/employee issues, budgeting, hiring, etc.

· Supports corporate initiatives throughout the department, including new policies/procedures, employee and resource utilization, etc.

· Provides cost estimates for AEM proposal requests; develops utilization and overtime strategies; conducts revenue reviews; builds pricing for business development opportunities and renewals

· Collaborates with other departments to solve problems and continuously strive for improvements to current processes/procedures

· Supports new customer development; ensures all departments are informed of new customer needs, such as equipment, staffing, fleet, IT, safety, accounting, purchasing, etc., and the plan to fulfill those needs

· Reviews and approves weekly timesheets; submits timesheets as needed

· Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Supervisor Responsibilities

· Supervises staff, including hiring, scheduling, and assigning work, reviewing performance, and recommends salary increases, promotions, transfers, demotions, or terminations.

· Manages others through subordinate supervisors.

Required Qualifications

· Master’s Degree in Environmental Science, Process Management, or Business Management or related field

· 7+ years of experience in LDAR management, leadership, and customer service

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

· Excellent knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations

· Highly skilled in MS Office products, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams; willingness and ability to learn new systems

· Outstanding collaboration and communication skills; strong people and leadership skills; ability to communicate with subordinates, associates, and customers

· Enhanced ability to directly connect with direct reports and customers

· Mindful of impact of decisions on other regions/departments

· Strong ability to multi-task and collaborate; excellent organizational skills

· Flexibility in a constantly changing environment; ability to effectively manage time and adjust priorities

· Demonstrated problem solving skills

· Ability to travel approximately 30 percent of the time

· Refined attention to detail

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting with occasional travel to/from an industrial environment, which will require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Frequent emotional stress levels associated with changing demands, leadership at the corporate level, deadlines, and accuracy.

Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential. Sitting for extended periods and the use of hands to finger is common. Hearing and vision within normal ranges is helpful for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents. Exertion of up to 10 lbs. of force is rare. While performing the duties of this job, good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, and copiers is needed. The employee is occasionally required to stand. When visiting field sites, the employee will occasionally be exposed to extreme temperatures and atmospheric conditions, noise, vibration, and other industrial hazardous conditions. Use of Personal Protective Equipment is required.
