Your expertise in maintenance, HVAC, and problem-solving will be essential in keeping our operations running smoothly. Join our dynamic team and contribute to our success as we continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools and power tools.
  • Fabricate or modify components to ensure proper fit and function.
  • Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, record maintenance activities, and manage inventory.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with HVAC.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with supervising or leading a team is preferred.

Job Type:

  • Full-time/Part-time

Location:

  • Onsite in Tempe, AZ

Pay:

  • $22.00 - $28.00 per hour DOE
