Job Summary:


We are looking for an experienced LinkedIn Ads Specialist to join our Marketing team at Legal Soft. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the LinkedIn Campaign Manager and best practices for advertising on LinkedIn. This role requires experience managing $20,000 in monthly ad spend and is critical to elevating our online marketing strategies and lead generation.


Key Responsibilities:



Strategy & Planning:


  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on the LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Understand business objectives to strategize ad campaigns and construct effective lead funnels to achieve goals.
  • Keep up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and new features to capitalize on new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.


Execution:


  • Set up and organize ad campaigns, ensuring that targeting, creative, and messaging are in line with the companys brand and objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and audience segments to determine the most effective strategies.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.


Analysis & Reporting:


  • Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Analyze ad spend ROI and continuously adjust strategies to improve budget efficiency.


Collaboration:


  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to synchronize advertising efforts with wider company campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Engage with content, design, and product teams to produce compelling ad creatives and landing pages that resonate with our target audience.




Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Proficiency in platform analytics and ad management tools.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
