Descripción del trabajo:

Estamos buscando un(a) diligente Asistente de Habitaciones para unirse a nuestro equipo. El/la Asistente de Habitaciones desempeñará un papel crucial en mantener la limpieza y el orden de las habitaciones asignadas y espacios públicos de acuerdo con los estándares de nuestra empresa. Además, brindar un servicio al cliente excepcional para crear experiencias memorables para nuestros huéspedes es primordial.

Responsabilidades:

  • Garantizar la limpieza y el mantenimiento de las residencias/unidades asignadas, informando rápidamente cualquier problema de mantenimiento para mantener los estándares de las habitaciones/suites.
  • Realizar tareas de limpieza para las residencias/unidades, incluyendo hacer las camas, cambiar sábanas y toallas, limpiar baños y cocinas, quitar el polvo y aspirar.
  • Retirar las sábanas, toallas y amenidades usadas de las habitaciones/suites, reponiendo suministros según sea necesario.
  • Atender solicitudes especiales de los huéspedes de manera pronta y cortés, como proporcionar servicios o amenidades adicionales.
  • Mantener la limpieza de áreas públicas y pasillos utilizando productos de limpieza estándar para cumplir con los estándares de salud.
  • Abordar derrames inesperados y ejecutar solicitudes especiales de los huéspedes según sea necesario.
  • Verificar vacantes e iniciar solicitudes de mantenimiento según sea necesario.
  • Dar la bienvenida, saludar y ayudar a los huéspedes según sea necesario, asegurando una actitud amigable y profesional en todo momento.
  • Demostrar positividad, atención al detalle y trabajo en equipo en todos los aspectos del rol.

Requisitos físicos:

  • Capacidad para doblarse, agacharse, cuclillarse y estirarse para realizar tareas de limpieza.
  • Capacidad para levantar, empujar y tirar hasta 40 libras regularmente.
  • Capacidad para estar de pie y mantener la movilidad durante hasta 4 horas seguidas.

Estándares de calificación:

  • Se prefiere diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.
