Our company seeks a highly motivated home improvement expert who can consult effectively with our franchise owners and drive sales growth and brand awareness across the region. Product knowledge in windows, doors, roofing, and siding is a plus. Related construction and installation experience is helpful. This position will operate independently in his/her defined geographic territory with a focus on strategically supporting the regions locations. Candidates must reside within the region and proximity to a major airport.

Job Summary:
As a Regional Manager at America's Exterior Remodeler, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a strong background in in-home sales, either as a sales manager, manager, or high-performing salesperson. The ideal candidate should possess a high aptitude for the home improvement industry and be motivated to excel in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Consulting:
    • Provide effective leadership and management across multiple locations.
    • Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the regional team.
    • Consult with franchise owners on all aspects of operations to foster success with an emphasis on sales and sales leadership, marketing and advertising, financial analysis, and operations management.
  2. Sales Drive:
    • Lead by example in demonstrating excellent sales skills and techniques.
    • Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals.
    • Drive the company's sales model and core beliefs throughout the region.
  3. Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute a strategic plan to enhance the performance of the region.
    • Collaborate with senior management to align regional goals with overall company objectives.
    • Implement and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  4. Training and Development:
    • Teach franchise owners and sales leadership teams to follow the sales process and methodology.
    • Identify training needs and facilitate the professional development of team members.
    • Ensure the sales team is well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
    • Provide ongoing support and training on company CRM.
  5. Other Duties:
    • Achieves regions revenue and profitability goals for Window World products as they are sold into consumer segments.
    • Sets goals and plans for the regions development and adhere to a business plan for attaining objectives.
    • Evaluate market trends within regional owners and gather competitive information.
    • Prioritize your work schedule effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
    • Complete weekly store location visits and provide timely visit reports to Director of Sales summarizing nature of visit and topics addressed.
    • Support all corporate initiatives and drive implementation across franchise network.
    • Provide in-store and on-the-ground management/operational oversight as needed at franchise locations.
    • Travel required: 46+ weeks per year. A typical week is spent on location is at least 3 nights.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in in-home sales, with experience in a leadership capacity.
  • High aptitude for the home improvement industry.
  • Exceptional management skills with the ability to oversee multiple locations.
  • Results-driven and highly motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 10 plus years industry experience
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Stable employment history.
  • Experience with CRM solution(s) a plus.
  • Home based office needed for administrative and reporting functions.
