Responsibilities


  • Sending out thank you emails and welcome letters to new customers.
  • Audit all new business policies for compliance.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Reach out to customers regarding past due billing and collect payments.
  • Assist with maintaining a client ready office.
  • Maintain professional appearance.
  • Greet all customers with friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Miscellaneous operational tasks.
