Onboarding Coordinator

LaJoy Group, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Onboarding Specialist. The position offers a combination of remote and work in-office (Livonia, MI) hours ranging from 5 to 20 hours per week.
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible (part-time with flexibility on dates/times)
Job Responsibilities
Enrollments:
- Assist employees with onboarding appointments, virtually and in-person.
- Thoroughly explain paperwork and documentation requirements during employment.
- Conduct training with all new employees during initial appointment.
- Audit all paperwork, forms and documentation to ensure compliance prior to end of appointment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Prior experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
- This job requires a criminal background check. Convictions and pending felony charges are not an absolute bar to employment and will only be considered if required by law or there is a substantial relationship to the circumstances of the particular job or if bond ability is at issue.
