My Safe Home Inspection is looking for a select few experienced Customer Support Representatives to conduct company phone support across the state of Florida. Must be located in Florida.
The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing/serving as a support administrator or first-line liaison to internal and external contacts, providing general office support. General administrative functions include incoming phone handling, greeting/referring customers to correct points of contact, organizing and maintaining information, answering basic questions, and assisting and supporting office staff.
Candidates will have a background in Customer Support, with a quiet home office or shared workspace desk with high speed internet.

About Our Clients
We currently participate in the My Safe Florida Home Program as a vendor for all three regions. Learn more here. Inspections help homeowners save money and offer peace of mind. My Safe Home Inspection offers a variety of inspections and is an expert in Wind Mitigation and Four Point inspections.
Responsibilities:
- Phone handling, including Greeting customers, responding to incoming calls, screening, and fielding calls, transferring calls, relaying voicemail messages, and answering basic questions from homeowners and agents.
- Internal Communication: Utilize the company website to submit notes, create support tickets, communicate between office staff, inspectors, agents, and homeowners.
- Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information secure and confidential.
- Contribute to team efforts to maintain our company mission.
- Full-time/40 hours per week with the ability to work Monday- Friday 8am-5pm Eastern Time.
- Receive, process, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and materials.
- Collect/process fees and payments, as well as signed Customer agreements.

Requirements (No Exceptions):
- High School Diploma GED or equivalent
- Prior scheduling experience preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet with at least 15 MBPS; check speed here.
- Workspace in a quiet, distraction-free, secure location
Other position requirements:
- Level 2 Criminal Background Check
- Drug Screen
Work Schedule Shifts:
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm Eastern time
