About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Aftermarket Parts Installer to join our team at In and Out Tire Pros in Millsboro, DE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing aftermarket parts on vehicles and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:
  • Install aftermarket parts on vehicles, including but not limited to, exhaust systems, suspension upgrades, and performance enhancements
  • Inspect and test installed parts to ensure proper functionality and performance
  • Collaborate with the service team to prioritize and complete installations in a timely manner

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the shop
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in aftermarket parts installation or automotive technician role
  • Knowledge of vehicle systems and aftermarket parts compatibility
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
