Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet customer demands
  • Manage and train production staff, including hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are being followed by production team members
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate production
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Monitor inventory levels and order materials and supplies as needed
