Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAccounting Specialist Job DescriptionOverview

Toledo Steel Supply is seeking an Accounting Specialist who will be responsible for customer billing and accounts payables. This position assists with additional support to the Accounting team and must be organized, detail oriented, and accurate.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and process full billing cycle
  • Process invoices and ensure customers are properly set up and invoiced in the billing system
  • Track and maintain sales orders by inputting data into developed spreadsheet
  • Collaborate across departments to research and resolve billing issues
  • Assist with audits and tax preparation
  • Support and resolve billing and Accounts Receivables inquiries and requests from internal teams
  • Serve as a back-up for inventory and receiving
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years Accounts Receivable/Payable experience preferred
  • Proven working knowledge of accounting functions
  • Proficient in data entry and management
  • High School Diploma/GED required

  • High School / GED

Salary info:
