Job DescriptionJob Description

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team for a brand new building in Delano, MN along with a 55+ building in Buffalo, MN You will be splitting your time between the two properties. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, with on-call. Must have your own tools.


Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion including but not limited to plumbing, appliances, heating and A/C repairs, lock changes and minor electrical repairs
  • Estimate time and extent of repairs
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • Perform turnaround maintenance
  • Mowing in summer and shoveling/salting in winter as needed
  • On-Call
  • Additional responsibilities as directed

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of previous maintenance experience required
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work well as a team
  • Must pass background check
