Title: Client Service Navigator, Bangor

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the center for verbal communications for Andwell Health Partners for referral sources, internal and external customers while performing basic clerical tasks.
  • Clerical tasks include telephone, reception area, data entry and the use of office equipment such as copy/fax machine and postage machine.
  • Provide introductory information to new customers/ partners as needed
  • Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customers or patients questions
  • Ensure that patients / customers are satisfied with services after phone call

What You’ll Bring:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service focused role.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and data entry competency required.
  • Ability to service internal and external customers in a fast-paced multi-task environment.
