Corner Property Management is currently looking for a skilled Administrative Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess proven proficiency in customer service, administrative support, and financial operations.


As an Administrative Associate, the individual is expected to establish and maintain professional, service-oriented relationships with Association Managers, Assistants and employees, clients, homeowners, vendors, and service providers. The role involves frequent use of software and technology, so the candidate must be tech-savvy and a quick learner.


This position is an office position

Duties include but are not limited to:


  • Receive and screen incoming telephone calls and homeowner requests following company guidelines.
  • Promptly handle resident portal requests and emergency messages.
  • Maintain client/association information and files using company software.
  • Keep community websites up-to-date with approved information.
  • Generate service requests and distribute Violation Letters for assigned properties.
  • Assist on-site Community Manager during absences and manage request volumes as needed.
  • Facilitate document retrieval and provision with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Scan checks received at the office and process AR adjustments as needed.
  • Work with managers and homeowners on AR issues and collection letters.
  • Scan bank statements to corporate accounts and manage legal fee chargebacks.


Requirements:
  • Demonstrate proactive initiative by taking prompt and decisive action without external prompting.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in a with a "get it done" attitude.
  • Must be able to use MS Office 2021 or later, particularly Excel and Word. Must be able to adapt to management software being utilized by CPM.
  • Ability to interpret and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing and exercise diplomacy.
  • Knowledge of business correspondence including rules of grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interface with all levels of personnel and work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of records and to use discretion in the performance of daily activities.
  • Must be able to perform diversified but semi-repetitive operations following standardized methods and procedures under changing conditions.
