We are seeking a professional & enthusiastic Full Time Service Administrator for our Nissan Service Department at D'Addario Auto Group. 

Interested in finding a qualified candidate who is looking to grow their career and work in a team environment focused on enhancing the Customer Experience in our Nissan Service Department This is a Full Time Position Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and every other Saturday 8am-4pm. 

Looking for these skills/attributes for this role - Some Previous Experience would be a benefit, but not required.

  • Good attention to detail and constant follows up with customers and the Service Department

Role Responsibilities include, but not limited to - 

  • Work alongside Service Advisors and near Service Technicians in our Nissan Service Department 
  • Answer phone calls from customers 
    • Provide customers helpful recommendations 
    • Schedule service appointments
    • Take detailed notes and strive to solve customer concerns
    • Follow up with Advisors on Customer Concerns/New Appointments 
    • Call back customers to confirm appointments
  • Log and track Used Car progress and constantly communicate with Service Manager 
  • Take on additional tasks as needed to support Service Advisors
    • Write RO's, sell to Customers, Grow our Brand
  • Handle some clerical responsibilities for the Service Department 
  • Cover Service Cashier office 2 hours per day and rotating Saturdays
    • Accept payments 
    • Close Repair Orders
    • Answer incoming phone calls

Basic Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Connecticut driver’s license with a clean record
  • Background check and drug screen required prior to hire
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment required.
