Position Title: HR Recruiter

Company: Signal Security

Location: Uniontown, OH (In-person)

Position Type: Full-time Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with 1 hour unpaid lunch break

Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00

Benefits: Health benefits, Paid Time Off (PTO), 401(k)

Reporting to: Administration Coordinator

Responsibilities: As an HR Recruiter at Signal Security, you will play a vital role in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding talented individuals to join our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Job Advertisement: Create and post compelling job ads on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  2. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and alignment with Signal's values.
  3. Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidate and hiring manager, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  4. Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork, and ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  5. Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with the Administration Coordinator and other team members to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs and goals.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you will need:

  1. Previous experience in HR recruitment or related field preferred.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proficiency and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  6. Commitment to upholding Signal's values of integrity, excellence, and community service.

Requirements:

  1. Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  2. Must be able to pass a background check.
  3. Must be able to pass drug screening.
  4. Must be 21 years of age or older.
  5. Must have a valid Driver License.
  6. Must be vaccinated for COVID-19.
  7. Must be able to work in person.

Experience:
