The Project Manager will report to the Director of PBS Program Management and will assist in the development and implementation of the PBS Program Management Governance framework.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, update, and maintenance of:
- Monthly Governance Presentation (PPt, Excel)
- Program Governance Workflows (PPt, MS Word)
- Portfolio Timelines (PPt, Excel)
- Portfolio Project List (PPt, Excel)
- Portfolio Roadmap (PPt, Excel)
- Master RAID log (PPt, Excel, SharePoint)
- Assist in active projects as necessary (MS Project, SharePoint)
Knowledge/ Experience
- 2+ years’ experience leading or as a member of active Project Teams
- PMP Certification is a plus
- 2+ years’ experience leading or supporting cross functional teams to evaluate, develop and manage projects for new product development and ongoing lifecycle management of products and processes.
- 2+ years’ experience working in or with a Project Management Office
- 2+ years’ experience in gathering requirements, works on requirements planning, requirements elicitation and requirements management to ensure they meet demands of project’s key stakeholders.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, listening) skills; team player with good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across multiple disciplines successfully and accurately.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Experience working with Project Management Offices in the development of project templates, presentations, processes, and tools.
- Experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, Word, and project tools such as MS Project.
- Experience working with Project teams in Lifesciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Medical Device Manufacturing a plus.
