We are looking for a motivated professional to join our operations team. This is a position for a Front Office Coordinator for DRIFT Aerospace. DRIFT Aerospace is an aftermarket parts supplier for commercial, regional and military aircraft parts. Will be responsible for various tasks in an office setting. Will work with various office supplies such as phones, computers, Microsoft programs, etc. Will be responsible for opening and closing Sales office. Will be required to coordinate information with other employee's. We are a growing company with opportunities for growth and possibility to move into different positions within the company including Executive Assistant with the possibility or transferring to another department such as Sales, Repairs, Accounting, etc.


Job Duties:

- Answer and direct incoming phone traffic to Sales, Repairs, Accounting, Etc.

- Greet incoming guests and business clients. 

- Perform various secretarial duties as instructed by management and assist executives with project tasks.

- Organize documents and files

- Maintaining and ordering office supplies. 

- Schedule calendar meetings and conferences.

- Supervising staff and new employees.

- Coordinating with other organizations for various internal projects or tasks.

- Implement administrative procedures.

- Assist with coordinating business travel. 

- Serve as POC for Front Office Lobby


Employee schedule will be 9:00AM to 5:00PM Monday through Friday. 


Employee will be required to work in a friendly, clean, and safe work environment.

Certain employee's may qualify for various benefits discussed at interview such as PTO, sick days, Medical, Dental, 401k, Vision.

Duties and requirements will include but are not limited to the following:


- Must be able to work as part of a team.

- Must be computer literate.

- Must be willing to work in an office setting environment.

- Must be literate with Microsoft programs.

- Must be able to follow basic tasks such as documenting inventory, sending emails, etc.

- Must be able to process orders for office supplies and materials.

- Must be able to track shipments for deliveries to and from the sales office. 

- Must be able to assist in directing incoming calls to proper department.

- Must keep front office in an orderly fashion.

- Must be self motivated

- Secretary experience preferred but not required.


DRIFT Aerospace is a privately owned company. In certain situations we can accommodate schedule changes pending approval from Management.

Veteran/Military Experience are Bonus if applicable.
