What do I need as a Guest Services Concierge with Messiah Lifeways?
- A High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to complete office duties or jobs as assigned.
What will I do as a Guest Services Concierge with Messiah Lifeways?
- Operates computer, fax, and copy machines.
- Answers the telephone and directs calls as appropriate.
- Provides information, direction, and assistance to residents, visitors, and fellow team members.
- Responsible for urgent announcements throughout the building as appropriate.
- Enter information that is displayed on MVTV in Guest Services Coordinator's absence.
- Makes copies for residents, forwards mail, and payments to the Village Center.
- Manages guest room reservation and podiatrist appointment calendars in Guest Services Coordinator's absence.
- Responsible for entering resident gift card payments into the Point Of Sale system and sends resident's checks daily to Fiscal Services to be processed.
