Server Position Description

We are seeking a friendly and responsive Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for our Guests at Metro Diner. Our team is known for warm, welcoming service, familiar faces, and award-winning food. At Metro Diner, we prioritize 100% Guest Satisfaction and live our culture every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, attentive service to create a memorable dining experience for all Guests.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly, ensuring Guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present Guests' checks, accept payment, and process credit card transactions or accept cash as applicable.
  • Communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Vendor Partners to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
