Compensation

$47.50 - $54.00 / hour

Position Summary

In this role, you will provide therapeutic counseling via telehealth to Backpack's pediatric and adolescent population. You will utilize your expertise to help deliver Backpack Healthcare's Mission to: help save lives by delivering the highest quality of care to those who need it most, our children and families. Acuity levels and client/patient populations can vary. Final compensation is determined by scale based on years of relevant experience as well as advanced certifications.

Requirements

  • LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT
  • Active Maryland license
  • Interest in providing minimum of 8 sessions/week (when clients are most active)
  • Energetic and ambitious attitude
  • Access to high-speed internet
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Proficient computer skills (bonus if experience working with AdvancedMD EHR)
