Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues by providing solutions or escalating to the appropriate department.
  • Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while handling customer complaints.
  • Record and track customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to customer service metrics.
