Day to Day:Oversee the management of 2,000 head of cattle, calving, vaccinations, medical treatments, branding, and general property maintenance. This role demands a hands-on approach, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of cattle ranching.

  2. Leadership and Management
    1. Manger a team of 5 Ranch Hands- hands on leading by example

    1. Feed Schedules, Calving, Vaccinations, medical treatments, branding and all property maintenance
  4. Property Maintenance
    1. Oversee property and interact with vendors when needed for upkeep
Experience:
  1. 5 years of experience as a Cattle Ranch Manager
  2. Strong knowledge of raising cattle
  3. Leadership, management, organization, multitasking, communication skills
  4. Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  5. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
