Job Description: Auditor

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

Assignment Focus:

We have an immediate opening for an Auditor to join our team. In this role you will audit the inventory process in each of our locations to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity. You will observe processes and procedures cross functionally to certify adherence to all operational SOP’s. The Auditor will work closely with the leadership team to improve and streamline processes in an effort to reduce or eliminate operational errors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SOP compliance, audits, and inventory management.

Primary Responsibilities

· Conduct periodic process audits and document audit results

· Assist in the monitoring and comparing of physical counts of inventory against recorded inventory

· Investigate, reconcile, and report on variances found in inventory records and recommend improvements

· Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and report irregularities and recommend improvements

· Evaluate inventory management procedures and recommend improvements

· Collaborate with other departments to improve inventory accuracy and training

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Background in auditing and inventory management
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data to compile detailed reports
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to travel up to 60%

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary will be commensurate with experience
  • 401k with company contribution of $0.50 on the dollar up to 6% for matching
