Job DescriptionJob Description

Suit Exchange in Riverside, CA is looking for one retail sales associate to join our strong team. We are located on 2292 Galleria At Tyler. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable.

Duties:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations

- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays

- Demonstrate product features and conduct product demos to enhance customer understanding

- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

- Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish,

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions

- Knowledge of technology products for technical sales is beneficial

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS)
