Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive and engaging experience in our stores.

  • Process donations and merchandise, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency in our inventory management systems.

  • Support sales floor operations, including visual merchandising, stockroom maintenance, and cash handling.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring that you are equipped to meet the evolving needs of our customers and business.

  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and respect among colleagues.
