Job DescriptionJob Description

Tesco Staffing in Methuen, MA is looking for one EVS Supervisor to join our strong team. We are located on Methuen, MA. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.

  • Available shift- 2:30pm to 11pm
  • Pay- $22/hour

Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise a team of EVS technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Ensure a consistently high standard of cleaning and disinfection throughout the assigned area, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections to evaluate the quality of cleaning and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper use and requesting replacements as needed.
  • Prepare and submit reports on cleaning activities,
  • Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within environmental services or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning and disinfection procedures, including infection control protocols.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $21.50 - $22.00/hour.
