The Project Engineer will assist the Project Manager in assigned duties to oversee, document, and report the daily activities of project staff and workforce.


Essential Duties:


  • Preparation of work scope packages
  • Change order estimating and development
  • Project tracking and quality control
  • Documentation and facilitation of problem solving using the RFI system
  • Preparation of subcontractor bid packages, subcontracts, and purchase orders


Qualifications:


  • Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams in successful project completion.
  • Establish accountability for results and develop a positive work environment for every project team member to thrive professionally and personally.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communications skills to effectively communicate with employees, customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in Timberline project financial software preferred
