Pay

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding service inquiries, appointments, and billing questions.
- Provide top-tier customer service by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Schedule service appointments for technicians and work with customers to find convenient scheduling options.
- Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information, service history, and billing details.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
- Communicate customer information and service requests effectively to technicians.
- Assist with various administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and payment processing.
- Educate customers on available products and services to meet their heating and cooling needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery and excellent customer support.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality standards and safety protocols.
Job requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
