Title: Technician II (Night Shift)
Reports To: Group Lead
Starting Pay: $18.50 + 5% Shift Differential
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 3PM - 1:30AM (10hrs, 4 days)

Summary: This Technician has experience with diverse manufacturing finishing equipment and or process operations that are moderately complex within a Value Stream. Has limited troubleshooting ability for various finishing equipment and or hand assembly with pack out.
Job Responsibilities:
- Setting up/running at least two of the various machines-based operations (40%).
- Assembly, packaging, and rewinding of product in teams or by self (40%)
- Quality inspections supporting product quality (20%):
- Work with engineering on work instructions changes.
- Accurate documentation of inspection, equipment maintenance and work instruction changes.
Accountabilities:
- Accountable established job rates on project as assigned.
- Accountable to help team members improve.
- Accountable for meeting quarterly attendance goals.
- Accountable for on-time delivery to promise date.
- Achieve product and service quality team goal.
- Accountable for accurate documentation audits with no findings.
- Accountable for quarterly implementing improvements to current and new production runs with supporting documentation

- Positively contribute to company's safety, quality and production goals.
- Accountable for reporting to Management any unsafe working conditions.
Training/Education/Experience
- High School education or equivalent
- 2-5 years manufacturing experience required; medical manufacturing experience a plus.
- Able to interpret and understand print drawings.
- Lean Practitioner Certification preferred.
- Experience with Plotter cutting preferred.
- Experience with rewind of various material preferred.
- Have satisfactory assembly, packaging and print reading skills.
